National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah on Saturday lost his temper after a reporter from a New Delhi-based TV news channel persisted with his questions about Pakistan.
When the reporter asked about why he was repeatedly calling for talks with Islamabad, Farooq posed a question, asking the reporter why the Narendra Modi government was talking with China when the People’s Liberation Army had ‘occupied’ Indian land and built settlements.
When the reporter insisted on Pakistan’s role in militancy in Kashmir, the former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister lost his temper, telling the TV reporter that he won’t answer ‘as the scribe had a communal agenda’.
