Jammu and Kashmir on Friday recorded 133 fresh Covid-19 cases, which took the tally to 3,29,563, while one more death pushed the toll to 4,423, officials said.
Out of the fresh cases, 36 were from the Jammu division and 97 from the Kashmir division, they said.
The officials said Srinagar district recorded the highest number of 57 cases followed by 14 cases in Budgam district.
There are 1,339 active cases in the union territory, while the total number of recovered patients is 3,23,801, they said.
The death toll in the union territory due to the pandemic is 4,423 as one fresh death was reported in the past 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the officials said, there were 46 confirmed cases of mucormycosis (black fungus) as no fresh case was reported since last evening.
As per the daily information bulletin, 3,555,108 persons in Jammu and Kashmir are under observation while 7,162 persons have been kept under home quarantine besides that 1,339 persons are in isolation.
According to the bulletin, 3,078,773 persons have completed the surveillance period and 463,411 persons are under home surveillance besides that so far results of 14,905,355 samples are available. Out of 14,905,355, the number of samples tested negative stands at 14,575,792 while 329,563 have tested positive, among them 1,339 persons are active, 323,801 persons have recovered and 4,423 persons have died.
