Suspected militants lobbed a grenade on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Jammu and Kashmir’s summer capital Srinagar, last on Thursday evening.
Reports said that a grenade was hurled at the paramilitary camp in Eidgah, where earlier in the day two school teachers were shot dead by the militants of The Resistance Camp.
Sources said that a grenade was lobbed at the camp on the main Nalamaar road however, it missed the target, causing no injuries or loss of life.
Additional police parties have reached the spot. The area has been cordoned off and a search operation has been launched.
