3 wounded as suspected militants lob grenade at forces in Pulwama

At least three pedestrians were injured when suspected militants hurled a grenade at the armed forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama on Tuesday, officials said in summer capital Srinagar.

Three civilians were injured after militants lobbed a grenade towards a police vehicle near Rajpora chowk in the southern town which is considered to be an epi-centre of anti-India resistance.

The grenade hurled at a police vehicle near Shaheed park, exploded on the road and injured three pedestrians, who were rushed to hospital for treatment.

The officials said that the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
